Can 121T SE main gear be used on the E7?

It looks like I may have ordered the wrong gear today and want to cancel if the SE gear will not fit the standard E7

Yes you can use it BUT you must use a different pinion.  The 121 has a different helical angle on the teeth.  The same as the E5.  All of the E5 pinions will work.

Part Numbers are:
305-012H Hard Coat 12T Pinion
305-013H Hard Coat 13T pinion.

And of course don't forget to change your gear ratio in your Governor if you use one.

Thank you for the speedy reply!   I have some new e7 pinions so I will look around to see if anyone has the 116T in stock.

Eventually you will nee to convert to the 121t since the 116t is phased out.
