Alright, so I am not only the slowest helicopter builder, but the slowest re-builder after a crash.
But at least its done.
Hopefully Thursday with temperature in the 50's (can anyone remember how that feels?)  I can get away just long enough to get it airborne and see what tuning is required.

PS: You know... this is a really nice kit to work on!

About a year and a half ago when I had a Trex600pro(before I bought my first Synergy) I did exactly what you described, and man it was crazy parts scattered frames separated nothing made it except the motor, esc, and 2 servos! Batteries do catch on fire imagine that but they weren't in the bird anymore....

OK... so I did get out with the re-built E5 today.
Got four flights in with winds gusting to 25 to 30 mph.

E5 did well

All is well in the universe again, life may now go on as usual.
