h6080g spectrum tail servo need a little help were can I find a wheel are a arm that comes out to the 19 mm all I got is what comes with the servo are do I need to get some of the synergy servo plates  are should I uses  a wheel are a arm what would be the best to do here

all I just need is some info on what would be the best way to go

 I have used arms with 18 and 20mm holes. 18 is better than 20. Dubro makes some with 19.5

ok it is me I should have look at it bit closer its 16 mm and not 19mm  I feel like a jack
