Front transmission assembly - wrong spur gear in my kit?

Hello,

During the assembly of my new N5C kit,  I have noticed I got a front transmission assembly with a 13t spur gear insteed of a 12t.

I noticed this because I was not able to put in place the main gear. Not enough clearance.

Were you already faced with same problem?

I just built a new N5C, recently, and mine had the correct gear.  Send an email to matt@mattbotos.com and let him know your kit came with the wrong spur gear.

Thank you. It was just to know if it is a normal design evolution or a punctual error in my kit.

I will not disturb Matt with this. I took the good spur gear on my old kit.

Mine came with the 13 tooth pinnion as well.

Fortunately I had a 12 tooth pinion in a bag of spare parts I recieved with an E5. I had a couple hours of frustration before I read this thread though.
