Cheer Up Ben,

You still got one Hell of a Machine, TT or Belt I would put it against anything on the market! Set the Belt up Properly and Fly it like you Stole it, you'll forget all about that TT.  ;)

Jamin_00,
You bought a premium belt drive kit for $775.00(which is well under any other 700 size electric kit). If the kit were released initially with a TT then the price would not have been $775.00. Follow me?
All of the extra parts a helicopter requires to make it a shaft driven tail cost money. You should not be gutted by any means.

Aye, for this quality of a machine with the parts to build 600 or 700 in one box for 775 is a steal.

I too plan to upgrade to the TT just because I am more familiar with those systems.

Either way, it's an upgrade. Anytime the word upgrade is used it is going to cost something.

The torque tube drive was certainly performing well at 3DX China, smooth and quiet.  I didn't realise it was the shaft drive until the very end of the event, otherwise I would have had a much closer look.

Great to meet Matt out there too, supporting his pilots.

Any idea on release and pricing just yet??

Not sure just yet on the price. As always, I will try to keep it as reasonable as possible.

Thanks,

Matt
