Anytime you combine all of your cyclic with all of your collective you are at risk. The head speed decays....the rotor blades lag and KABOOM.
Specific moves to avoid...
1. Tail Slide with full aft elevator and full collective at the end.
2. Piro flips with full collective and full cyclic (this is usually in error, stationary piro flips require very little collective)
Also note, with FBL systems today a poor setup can cause the gyro to strike back with wicked force. The amount of overhead correction you program into your unit is critical. Too much and it will boom strike for you, too little and the helicopter will not hold heading.
Hope that helps!
Thanks,
Matt
