Are these going the right way for this Heli ?

For the N5C, that is the correct direction yes. Main blades will turn clockwise looking down at them, & the tail rotor turns clockwise as well looking from starboard side.

Clock wise if you are running torque tube. Counter clock wise if you have a belt driven tail.
