Pinion setting

What's the recommended procedure for setting the pinion? Seems like most others have their own way. What are you guys doing?....thanks

I ran mine in Tight against the Main gear. At that point hold the Motor and try to rotate the main gear. There will be "No Backlash" now that you know what it feels like, Back the motor off EEEEVVVVVEEERRR so slightly until you feel a "Hair of Backlash and Run the Screws Down (with locktite of course).. ;)
