Castle 120 edge hv problem

Hi all, well after almost 300 flights I have problem with my cc 120 im running 3 gov modes in the ikon, problem is my esc arms after I plug in the batteries, it never use too, I would plug in everything, walk out set it down hit throttle hold she would arm and I would fly n, 1, 2 all governed have not changed anything in the radio, why is the esc arming when I plug in takes about 45 secs then arms. I have know idea what going on or why. TH does shut it down. I check the radio setting nothing has change. Flying DX8 with and ikon with 2 sats

So it's arming when the throttle is at something above 0%?

yes  N 40% 1 70% 2 100%  used to not arm til I hit thold

 I raised n gov in radio from 40% to 45% and problem is gone, now I would like to know why?

Strange that what used to work no longer did. Sounds like it read 40% as 0. Did you recalibrate end points at any time?

when I built it .then again when stretch to a e5s 626 blades, been like that now for 50-60 flights, and I never had to rebind it. I was thinking maybe a sat?

I would try to recalibrate throttle. No telling why it changed, but recalibration should fix it.

recalibrate in the esc or the ikon?

I would double check that throttle is still 0-100% in the ikon and then recalibrate the ESC.
