Built this E5 early last year as a 6s. Banged thru a TON of flights on it over the summer. I just love it. BUT, being the power hungry person I am...I wanted more. I had a KDE 600XF 530kv motor sitting here out of a G630 I sold off a while ago, perfect candidate for this project. I use some 12s 3000 Pulse stick packs in my E5s 600, also perfect for this. I got the motor swapped out and RTF back before Christmas. The weather hasn't exactly been great here over the winter so other than a few days testing and tweaking this 12s 550, it hasn't been flown much....UNTIL Monday! I grabbed the wife and camera and set out--to RING this bad boy out and see what its got. Here is the result, an unboggable powerhouse speed monster. What a weapon, like falling in love all over again. Im blaming Chris Sexton for this, he's the one that convinced me to go 12s with it. Your right on buddy, its wicked! If your thinking of going 12s, I say do it! Video doesn't do it justice, the noise of them RAILS is better then music. Turn it up
