Hi Guys
I am just working through the engine install of my synergy N7.
With the engine washer installed between the fan hub and the engine. The top of the clutch has very little clearance with the clutch bell, possibly touching, hard to tell because the liner is new so that might be the binding im feeling. Is this common? A quick search of the problem didn't reveal many people having a similar issue so I'm not ruling out that its just me being the chimp with the spanners
but I cant see where I've went wrong.
Can this be adjusted with a thinner washer between the engine and fan hub? It does say in the manual that the engine washer must be in there for appropriate spacing, but a thinner washer would drop the fan hub and clutch for a little more clearance with the bell?
For info the engine is a ys91srs and its an xl cluctch
Thanks in advance
