what size motor connectors are you guys using?

Im finishing my build and have the 470kv turn ado and a castle hv120.  What mm do I need.  also, Ive heard of people using ec5(which I'm using instead of deans on this build) connectors modified to connect the motor and esc.  thanks for any advice in advance.

I am running Castle 4mm bullets on the motor wires and EC5s at the battery.

Seems to be great for me so far!

On my E6 i am running 5.5mm Bullet connections on the Motor/ESC and EC5's on the Batteries/ESC.

You can use the stock 4mm motor connectors that come on most motors without worry. They will handle the current just fine. Same with Deans Ultra connectors. Poor soldering techniques/skills such as low heat, dirty wire/connectors and cheap low tin solders causing cold solder joints are 99% of connector related failures not the size connector it self. In the past I've even used the bullets that come out of the Hobby King red connectors since I ended up with such a large collection over the years from replacing them with Deans.
