+1 for Rocky, To add to that use only CA glue to glue the Bearings in.. I personally would disassemble the whole bellcrank system, Push the bearings out with your fingers, Check the Flange bearings for slop like Rocky stated, and clean the frame with a good cleaner to break down any nitro oil or oil residue period, reinstall "SQUARE" with CA letting it "WICK" around the bearings. Let it set overnight and reassemble the next day. Also if you haven't done it, where the Grub screws screw through the actual bellcranks, Sand the "contact side" of the grub screw flat and reinstall, this will allow for a bigger foot print in regards to engaging the "Flat" in the shaft.. good luck, You'll get it licked before you know it..
