The E7 TT tail rotor system is setup for a 5 degree mechanical offset to counteract torque when all bell cranks are set to a 90 degree angle. This is the proper amount of offset to neutralize torque if the heli is placed in rate mode. If you deviate from this the tail gyro may feel sloppy around center. On the E7 TT system, make sure you utilize all available throw both left and right! I've seen many E7's at events lately that are not utilizing all of the right rudder travel which will make the tail performance poor.
Thanks,
Matt
