Just going to go back to using the Align magnetic sensor I already had. Going to see if I can give me their refund or credit for this backplate sensor.

As for the brain going to contact ready heli today. I already have the VBar so that won't slow me down.

Interesting side note, ReadyHeli.com has stopped selling the MSH Brain. He wouldn't say why, but it's interesting timing. They are giving me store credit which I will put toward another VBar for my E5 since I am taking the one I already had for it to put on my N5c now.

Hmm that is interesting. At least you can get something else in its place.

The Spektrum back plate sensor will fit, you have to put it long ways, it goes beside the nipple and the hole for the Futaba bps sensor and works perfect.  :)

You have a picture?

Honestly though, I already have an align magnetic sensor. I don't seem to have the synergy sensor mount, but it's 5 bucks, I ordered one.

Ok. Engine is mounted. Should get the rest of the airframe together tonight.

Just need to make some time to get together with Brandon to walk me through the initial tune and gov setup.

This is a great kit. Like my E7s, the build is a lot of fun!

Sent the Brain back today. Was DOA from the factory.  ReadyHeli.com isn't selling them anymore so I got store credit towards a Vbar.

OK well I have a new problem. The tail control rod linkage won't go on. It hits the Regulator on the carb...

Anyone else have a OS 55HZ-R on theirs that can give me some advice?

Yes it always comes very close. One of the ways you can deal with it is to twist the carb just slightly so that you can get the rod below the needle.
