The carbon fiber anti rotation bracket is stronger and lighter.  I like it as is.

+1 Rich.
I have crashed my E7 numerous times. One of time really bad. Bent follower arms, blade grip arms and totaled the swashplate. Never broke the antirotation bracket. Pretty confident an aluminum one would have held up as well. It would also be more costly to replace.

I believe I understand your thoughts.  There is something about those shiny metal parts that really catch your attention.  However, my experience with the KDE aluminum anti-rotation bracket for the T550 is that aluminum does not seem to like a steel elevator rod constantly rubbing on it.   As others have stated, the CF anti-rotation bracket is strong and light; probably not a part that will ever need replacement even after a bad crash.  What's really neat about Synergy's anti-rotation bracket design is that it uses ball bearings in its mechanism.  Probably a little over-engineered, but attest to the overall level of quality of the E5.

What I like about the carbon fiber anti-rotation bracket is that it has some flex, enough to allow you to remove the swash plate with out removing the bolt and bearings.....I'm sure I'm not the only one who has done it.

I have been loosening up the upper 2 screws.  Maybe I don't have to.  Thanks.

I love the CF too, easy to get the bolt in and out.  Plus I love the look of carbon fiber, which is why I have so much of it on my car!  Don't forget to oil those ball bearings on the anti-rotation bracket.  I will probably do mine tomorrow morning.
