E7 keeping parts ready, crash parts?

I like one spare airframe built up in three or four ready to go sections. Tail, main drive train, including the head and main frame gear section. Break down, reorder and rebuild your spare. Not the cheapest route, works great when you don't have a lott of time to wait for the part you don't have in stock.

I gave up on maintaining spare parts. There is always one part you're missing and you have to order anyway.  I now just keep two helis flying, an E5 and E7. Then if one is down I fly the other while I wait for parts.
