on the Futaba web site it is specified for 4,8 V power supply.
Will it work also with the 5,7 V from the ESC's internal BEC (YGE)?

I have ran the BLS251 at 6v with no issues. But for every person you find that says it is good you will find one that said they had problems.
You can get a 6v to 5.1 step down regulator for a couple of bucks pretty cheap.

Will take your 5.7v down to 5.1 which will work flawlessly. I don't know anyone having trouble with this meathod.

I've been running the same BLS251 for almost two years now on 6v regulated. Great servo!

Just remember a step down is another fail point... Just don't get a cheap one that's simply a soldered in component on an extension. I actually use one of the spectrum ones that's in it's own case.

The 251 is rated for 4s at 1.2v per cell fully charged is more than 6v you are safe :0)

So this servo should work fine powered by a 5.7. V bec straight, without need for a step down device. Thank you for the comment
