Heat sink came with it. The 120 LVK is the version with the heat sink. I think if you find any CPU heat sink in that size and attach it with the Arctic Silver heat sink glue it'll be the same thing.
I checked but couldn't find the 120 LV heat sink for sale separately...they have the HV heat sink for sale, but the 120HV is much bigger than the LV.
