New to Synergy

Hi all,

Well after swaring that I wouldn't buy another heli after going all Logo, I just bit the bullet on a Synergy E6/E7.  I have been watching the E6/E7 for awhile and thought it was a lot of hype (wrong again).  I decided to test some rail blades on my logo 600 and my mouth dropped, and so did my friend who was watching.  I thought if some one designed blades that great the heli has to be outstanding.  I ordered one yesterday and can't wait until it comes in! 

This is what I have here to put in it.

Still thinking on my motor choice.  It would either be the hacker tornado, or scorpion hkIII 4035 500kv.  I have a brand new scorpion 5020 450kv but i don't want to do any modifying yet.
Y.G.E. 160hv
Outrage 9188, and 9180 cyclics and tails
Full vbar 5.2 running vbar gov
Western robotics hercules bec
12 4500kv still have to get, have a bunch of 10s 4500kv

Glad to have you as part of the synergy family!!! You'll love your e6/7. If I were you I'd go with the hacker turnado. Proven motor in this heli. Also be sure to get the long shaft version for whatever motor you use!

Thank you all!!!  I think I am going with the hacker.  It should be outstanding paired with the YGE esc and vbar gov!

Hmmm I wonder if I get one of my friends to calm down enough to video the maiden...lol

 Welcome to the Synergy Forum and Family! Awesome Story in Regards to How you Made your choice.. However you couldn't be more right!! The Rails are all That and the HYPE is all That.. I would be more than happy to provide pics, and I just picked up some rail 696 and 106 from experience rc.  Now if I could just find a place that has the Hackers in stock that takes paypal I would be good to go .

Yeh< It's unfortunate that Aero Model doesn't do that, I'm sure they have there Reasons however it does cause an inconvenience! I delt with the same issue. The guys there are Great to Deal with and very knowledgable and helpfull. Any questions in regards to when you do get one, Mike Donavon is the one to talk to.. Or of course the guys on our Forum!!!   Good Luck Brother..

I broke down and bought one from Aero Model this morning .  I figured I could wait until they are in stock somewhere else or go ahead and get it from them so I did .

Good Luck With That One , We can't all be as Fortunate as Matt with a wife who flies Heli's and has so much to do with the inner workings of the Companies. I envy you Guy's., But hey I got a Great One!!, My 3rd anniversary today.. I at Least get to enjoy this great Hobby And Team, She's very supportive.

Happy Anniversary Kevin!  I just had one back on the 9th.  We passed that 7 year mark!

Matt is lucky, my wife loves the hobby, but she will not pick up a radio to move it out of her way...lol  Maybe if i get her some Synergy gear, heck I need to get me some now...lol

There you go Amy, for those women who supports their husbands hobby you could make them gear that says "My husband flies Synergy"
The first one is free you have to pay for any more ideas.....lmbo

 I have talked a lot with Amy in regards to the Apparel and Ideas and I have to say "Leave it to this Chic"!! She has an eye for Fashion and Clearly has done her Homework.. There will be Tank Tops coming for the Women. One Thing for sure SYNERGY IS IN IT TO WIN IT ! We are going to Be looking Good.   And Thank you for the Anniversary Wish.. My Lovely wife Dropped her Marry Kay Stuff on 2 of my Babies and bent a main shaft and dinged a blade. But hey What can You Say??  Take Care Bro. If you need anything just let us know..
