Agree with that statement.  There is no manufactured product that can claim 0% defects.  Just trying to ensure Synergy take this information and continue to monitor/investigate to ensure this is not a common theme as this one caused cost me dearly.

Like we were saying, You answered mine and Steve's Questions except for one, You Said that the only lube you used was on the pitch slider for better movement. It is imperative that the Belt is lubed thoroughly. What I do is While spinning the main blades I spray the rear Tail belt pulley with my Silicone Spray and when done I put a rag around it like a Diaper and Hang it on the wall Tail down. This will allow any excess to seep into the rag.(NO MESS).

In regards to the Awareness of Manufacturing of the Hills and Parts I can Assure You Matt above any other Brand out there Keeps an EAGLE EYE on EVERYTHING!!! He is Beyond Protective and Involved in every Aspect of these Helis From the Drawing Board to Final Completion. Things Do I happen, I'm Not saying they Don't, Just Very Seldom with The Synergy Brand.  That's a Good Thing For all of Us!!!   We will get this Figured out Together!!!  For the Rebuild in the Event you don't get the TT tail. Do everything you did and Like Steve Said Inspect the Belt carefully and Lube the Belt once Installed, Do not try to stretch By Hand.  And Look for any of those Kinks and Creases Steve Spoke of.

If you Need a Belt to Get you in the Air Let me Know And I will Ship One To You!!!! Just Give me your Address and it's Yours!!!!  LMK ;)

I truely appreciate the offer Kevin.  I did NOT apply silicon to the belt but I guess would that have caused failure this early in the game?  In any case, for this rebuild I will do what you are saying.  I'm trying to source parts at this point but am having a hard time finding anyone that carries the canopy and main shaft.  If you have any ideas where I could get these I'd really appreciate it.

It is possible that could have been a factor. As far as mainshafts go, I just looked and didn't see any. I have one here that I will sell you. As far as a canopy, hopefully one will show up soon! I'll pm you some info on the main shaft  ;D

Best,
-Steve

Interesting comment about the gain and stops.  I run a BeastX and my tail gain is at 78% and my other tail values (on the dial) is the default setting.

On the MicroBeast, the stop gain is controlled via the "tail dynamic" which is on pot 3.  The default values in rev 2 of the BeastX firmware were really low.  I used to run pot 3 at the max setting on my Trex Pro.  They seem to have increased the defaults in v3 of the firmware. I reduced the tail dynamic back to the default (horizontal), on the Pro and the stops are about as abrupt as v2 at max. When you get it in the air again, it might be worth it to find the lowest setting for pot 3 that still gives crisp stops.

Wow.  Go to my parents place for the day and. Come back to find this help for Bobby.   Truly makes me proud to be part of this group.

Bobby. I have some tail parts that fit the n5c and the e7.  Plus I have some e7 parts.  Not sure what.  Lol.  I will need to go back and look.  I am sure that I have just about every bearing that you will need.   Take a look at yours and let me know. We can work out prices later.  Hell, I will charge it to John J. Lol.

I also had a belt brake on me, the belt had about 20 flights on it and did have silicone sprayed on it. Luckily I was able to save the Heli and had no other damage then the Belt.

EDIT***
Something I did not think of that Matt mentioned on Heli Freak, I did not have all my boom supports glued for probably 5-6 Flights(something I forgot todo!) and it probably put alot of ware on my belt and it eventually broke. So my belt Braking was probably My Fault.

I emailed matt and he sent me another belt, the new belt had a different number instead of the 770XL number on the first belt so I asked him what the difference was and its a different manufacture for the newer belts I guess?

I had about 25 flights or so with the new belt and no problems at all until I crashed it today but that was my fault :D

Well, this is valuable information.  I think under the circumstances I would rather have the new belt...If you have any further information, any identifying marks or number, it would be much appreciated.

@ Zack Bury. Will you take a picture of your different branded belt? I have not heard anything from Matt or any other team pilot of new belts. I just personally checked as well and the only ones that Matt shows in stock are the 770XL belts. I received a kit from the most recent batch of E6/7s that came in and it also uses the XL belt.

@mstlc03. If you need a new belt (770XL) Kevin says he has one he can send you.

Best Regards,
-Steve Eldred
