Does the Clutch assembly come completed with loctite, or do you have to loctite the pinion?
Requesting an answer from synergy support.

I am not 'Synergy Support'  ;D  but NO part come with Loctite - they are just losely fitted together to confirm the assembly and part count.

There is a note in the manual to use red loctite on the pinion.

Hi Sheva99,

As mentioned above by Rodney and Mdu6, all parts are dry assembled only and will require disassembly and then reassembly with loctite in the appropriate locations.

When i am building i will lay the parts out on the bench when disassembled and i will clean the areas to be loctited with a soft cloth and a cleaning solvent like methylated spirit or similiar. This removes any oil left over from the machining process or other contaminants.

Thanks for the reply. 
  I don't mean to come off lazy.  It did show in the manual all the things mentioned, but when I opened the box the assembly was together.  I had to run off the next day so did not get a chance to break it apart to see if it was loctited.  But was able to post this.  Back in the days some kit manufacturers used to pre-assemble sub assemblies to facilitate a quicker build.  I will just proceed as usual, assuming everything needs to be double checked.

Hi Sheva99,

No worries, it's always worth checking.  :)

What Synergy do at the factory when compiling kits is to dry assembly most of the main sub-assemblies. What this does is allow all the nuts, bolts, bearings and other associated parts to be accounted for more quickly and easily.

When working on the main rotorhead i highly recommend one of the head axle tools which lock and hold the axle while you remove the bolts from the axle, makes the job much easier.
