Ha, I have a set of those to Danny. Work great still too.

 I've always threaded a nut onto the ball first when putting them into a servo arm. The M2 ones that is.
Done that since the old E9 days. just to get clearance for the ball link pliers. Assuming you are using a
plastic servo arm there should be plenty of thread.
