Contacting Manufacturers

Hi all! First post here.....
I just wanted to say that I remember when....in the good old days if you had a question or anything you could call a manufacturer and ask.

Now days you cannot even find a phone number much less call them....

Welcome. I assume you are looking for a phone number for Synergy support? Do you need assistance with your Synergy Helicopter? If so you are in the right place!
This forum is manned by synergy reps, enthusiasts and the owner himself. Actually themselves. Do not want to leave Amy out.
You will not find better support in the industry.  I am sure if you feel the need to converse verbally with someone, Matt or one of the reps will be more than happy to contact you. Just post your needs.

Hi Alan, I appreciate your response. I wanted to talk to Matt and let him know that when I purchased the last N5c kit they had at IRCHA he undercharged me.

All I want to do is figure out if it was intentional? If not I'd like to pay the money I owe for the kit.

So no issues with the kit as yet as I have not started the build.

I'm going to date myself a little but what can you do. I used to fly Xcell heli's back in the 90's and if I ever had a question I could call and talk to Tim or Ted.

Everyone at the Synergy booth was awesome and I really appreciate the time that was spent with me.
That is a huge part of why I purchased the kit.

More than likely he and Amy did discount the kit. They do that at events on occasion. 
NO you are not dating yourself.  I flew my first heli back in the 90's also.

 As you can see by the responce you have already gotten, this is just a little taste of the support group that is here.  There's No doubt you are in the right place. I will say I'm impressed with you and questioning price. I haven't met you but it speaks volumes. You will find the same DNA here. Enjoy your build and you know where to go if you have any questions.  Just for grins, give us a little insight on how you plan on dressing this machine. What Motor,FBL system, Servo's, etc. again welcome 😎 And no worry about dating yourself.

Hi Mike! Yes that was me. I was so impressed with it I had to have one. Now if only I could fly like you do! Awesome flight!
The thing about the discount is while I was told a price....what Matt charged me was significantly less. I just want to make sure it was intentional....I don't want to be a pain. I just want to be sure.

I must say the Synergy booth at IRCHA was most welcoming....everyone was wonderful. Probably the best experience I had at IRCHA!
