Im lost

Two weeks ago I did a maneuver, that I can not figure how I did it , flying my 516 ship about 45 degrees nose up tail spinning around , like and upside down funnel look cool a hell. Been trying to do it again on the sim, but just can not get it. Any ideas? Cliff

Cliff, Are you saying you were flying a straight line with a 45 degree attitude and pirouetting the tail or are you saying you were doing a funnel while pirouetting the tail?

I still may not be picturing it correctly but it sounds like you are just doing an aileron roll in a funnel position. Try starting inverted in a hover and pull to a 45 degree attitude. Perform an extremely tight aileron and rudder maneuver, exactly like a funnel but really tight and the model will stay in  the 45 degree attitude and will funnel in place. It will require a lot of input on the collective keep your elevation. IM me your email and  I can send you a recording to view.
