What are your 516 VBAR settings?
« on: January 24, 2020, 11:57:03 PM »
Right now, my gain for cyclic is around 60, but my tail is around 92. Not getting a wag on the tail, but its not holding as tight as I thought it should be. Is this too high for gains?

Late reply,
I would first ask what head speeds you are running. If its lower the speedup pulley can help a bunch.
Other things to consider are servo speed and torque and is everything silky smooth travel.
Also the governor can mess with the tail at times.

Make sure you've done the first 5 steps: https://www.vstabi.info/en/node/2043

I run low headspeed, 1700, 1900, 2050 and I went through the general tweaking order, from the link above, and the tail was rock solid.  I am running the speed up tail as well, due to my low head speeds.  It should be your stop gains too.
