threading on the links
« on: April 16, 2012, 09:51:39 PM »
my buddy and i were just finish my new E7 build and all I can say is WOW!  this thing is amazing!   it oozes quality and goes together perfectly.  anyway, we have one snag, the linkage rods.  he was threading on the links and one just kept turning so we thought we stripped it.  we then noticed the threading wasn't right.  I think we may have got a bad batch.  anyone else had an issue with this?

thanks in advance

Yes, a few of the earliest kits had problems with the threads on the rods. Contact your dealer for a set of replacements. Or you can get a nice set of titanium turnbuckles made just for the E6/7 here ->http://www.fblrotors.com/E6-E7-Titanium-Turnbuckle-Set-Cyclic-Pitch-Set-_p_45.html

+1 on the titanium turnbuckles!  Wish I had them on all my Heli's!

I agree on the turnbuckles, but if you are having problems with the product sent off a e-mail to Matt and he will surely help.
