GEORGIA HELI SWARM!!

Even though I'm not a "pilot" (I only fly a MCx, and a 120sr for the time being), my girlfriend and I drove from Austell.  We had a blast meeting many of the pilots and talking/learning from them.  Watching Matt and Nick fly together was alone worth the drive, but then everyone flew near the end of the day and let it all hang out - FREAKIN AWESOME.  I may have to start bringing my tree climbing gear to these events though as it looks like Freddy likes "landing" in the trees.

THIS EVENT WAS EPIC!!! Absolutely a blast, and over 60 registered pilots with many more spectators flowing in and out all weekend. Nick drove 12 hours to fly with us, and put on many show stopping flights of course. I will be working on pictures and posting a link when they are all done. Thanks to all of you who took the time to come up, down or over for the event, and hope to see you all again next year!!

The fun, flying and fellowship was exceptional, and this event will be THE go to event in Georgia next year, no doubt. A big thanks goes out to Nick Maxwell for driving 12 hours to take part in this stellar even, and wowing everyone with his amazing piloting skills and exceptionally approachable nature. Heli Pilot Cortez Jenkins was also in attendance blazing up the skies in pro style, thanks for coming CJ! Thanks to everyone who took the time to come to this event and make it special, can't wait until next year, woot woot!!
