Okay Chris, it may appear to be a motor mesh issue...it appears to be too tight because i didn't check the mesh in all areas of the main gear...

Chris Sexton:
Well the mesh should be close. You do need to check several places on the gear. It should have just ever so little "slop". You should be able to feel a slight click. How hard the maingear turns by hand will depend on the motor windings. I tend to spin the motor can. Mechanical advantage is in your favor there.
