It looks great Rich!  I know how much of an engineering job it was to get the duo mounted and ventilated properly.  Thanks a billion.

Well UPS arrived just a bit ago!  This thing looks even better than the photos.  I will have to get it out in the sunlight and take a few more pics.  The duct work inside is very well done.  The power supply and fans are also very quiet.

Thanks Rich for your efforts!

Cheers

Rich is just an incredible guy with impeccable character.  I will probably order one just because of that.  But will it work with the X4 or must it be the icharger?  Also, is there some sort of power supply inside, how does the charge station work?

Rich will mount just about anything I believe. The Duo was a bit of a challenge! If he does not have a template of your specific charger you may need to send it to him for a proper fitting. That is what I did.
Rich likes to use Meanwells due to their relatively small footprint and reliability. I had him get me a Meanwell 1000w. He got it at a better price than I could have.  He does a great job ducting and venting the power supply and in case the actual charger.
Got lots of oohs and aahs at the field today:-)

Greg, sorry for the delay in responding.  All of the charge stations I build are custom so I make make just about anything work.  As Alan said, you will just need to send me your charger.  I can change the design or customize a charge station to suit your particular needs.  Give me a call or send me a message if you have other questions.

Putting together a charging station. Should I build my own or buy a caged threat? I have a unused pelican however its a bit large. Could put radios batteries and charger in one box? I like Riches designs. Have you tried putting a 4010 on the lid like the dual chargers?

Rich built mine. Will post a pic:-)
It has a Duo but he was unable to mount it in the lid due to the depth of the charger.  What he did was very nice though. I have storage space in front of the charger.
I will post a pic when I get home.

Cheers

This is a 1610 pelican. Looks like its a smidg bigger? Still like he extra room. Could even mount skid clamps to hold the helis? The HItec X4 is about the same size as the 4010.
Not a big fan of the cover that comes with the caged threat.
