N5c Elevator Bell Cranks
« on: July 11, 2012, 12:17:51 PM »
I ordered some new inside and outside elevator bell cranks (part numbers 610-222 and 610-226) for my N5c and the 4mm set screws wont fit.
Looks to be 3mm tapped holes in them.
Was there a change in the part?

Don't think there was a change in the part number but the N5 (not the N5c) did come with 3mm set screw.

There was no change. The N5C comes with 3mm holes. You can drill them out and tap the for 4mm set screws. There is a tip on this in the N5 tips and tricks on the Synergy home page.

I did have to drill and tap this in the N5 but the N5c comes with 4mm set screw.

Thanks guys looks like I got some old stock.
Looks like I will just drill and tap them for the 4mm screws.
