Awesome, straight off the board, flies like a dream, had 6 flights this weekend on the new Synergy, feels very "locked in" and stable, mostly flying big sky aerobatics. Only snag I had was the tail sticking when doing a pyro and FF, cured by changing the tail servo arm length and re-calibrating, may not have had enough throw CCW, took on board the tech tip though.

As for the tail throws. On the TT tail take the slider all the way to the stops. Don't let it bind if course.

The belt tail box was narrower and the tail shaft had more exposed. It was possible to stall the tail if you didn't leave a couple mm between the slider and the tail case when setting the limits.

We are lucky here with the weather, had thunderstorms last week but just enough sun to dry out the salt lake last Fri onwards. Will have to use a different flying site before long.
Agree with the tail, went up a hole on the servos arm and put to the outer end stop and a bit shy of the inner after Saturdays flights, no occurrence on Sunday so happy 
Emcotec SPS is great, connect up put canopy on and no worries if someone pips you to the flight line! You can leave it in that state for hours if necessary, even had a bad Vbar calibration on the tail once, just insert the magnet, pause, remove for a fresh re-boot.
I have also checked the JLog on the ESC, internal resistance of the whole system is very low/normal with the SPS fitted. (Voltage drop on power spikes, approx 5kw).

Well over a year has passed - still in one piece! Will have to start getting more adventurous, in fact have the new SE 121T gear and 12T pinion arrived, waiting now for the Skorpion 4525 520 Ultimate to liven it up a little for next season.
Also have everything for the new N7 except for the kit of course, said I would never touch stinky Nitro again, so after 20 odd years, well its tinker time again with the OS 105HZ-R. Had a peak in the box, very nice, cant wait to get it fired up
