Parts availability
« on: December 16, 2013, 12:50:24 PM »
OK,  I   maidened my N5C  yesterday and  am in love with this heli!    I am trying   find and order spare parts to have around and cannot  find the torque  tube.   Is  is  available  to buy alone or do you have to buy the TT conversion kit or  another N5C?

Also,   what  parts tend to wear or break  on the N5C?

Congrats on the maiden!  The N5c is a solid machine and a ton of fun.  I can't think of anything that wears out but the typical crash parts do break when it goes in.

The torque tube, boom and tail pushrod are "E5 stretch" parts.

I usually just copy and paste the part numbers from the manual PDF right into the search box on whatever website I'm buying the parts on.  That way, I don't have to worry about being dyslexic or fat fingering it.
