I am surprised you got enough air time with the trex600pro to feel out the Fbl controller. I had one and it was a gear stripper to say the least.

1950,2200,2400.  Most of the time is spent at 1950. 2200 works great with plenty of headroom. I only go 2400 when I get a wild hair.

Chapa,
Are you running the lower tail ratio at those head speeds?  I tried 2250 yesterday and the tail sounded like it was going to come off!  I completely forgot about the tail mod, but head speed of 2250 means I was running the tail 11,000+!!!  I guess I'll have a project this week.

I have the E7 not the Special Edition so I believe mine is the 12t.

Just wanted to throw something out there for the people reading this.  If you go below 2000rpms with 106mm or 96mm tail blades it would be a good Idea to speed up the tail. :)  The good news is my N7 will be here this week, and I am going to upgrade to the E7SE kit. ;)
