Yea, good input.  That was the direction I was leaning on the cause.  Over tightening must be the cause.  I have more coming from Matt.  When we spoke on IM yesterday evening it sounds like that is what's going on. 

Mike, not harsh, just giving input.  I will install these with a little "less effort" when they show up. 

Cliff, yes there are two flats on the start shaft.

good deal. use red locktight and let us know how it goes! just remember, you will need heat to remove it when you need to!
