ball link and linkage rod
« on: October 17, 2011, 11:23:31 AM »
Anybody has a problem with the linkage rod fitting into the ball link. I try all the combinations of the linkage rod and ball link doesn't fit at all. Again, I'm new to Synergy products!

Thanks.

Hi RC777 !

And, if you have die, It's easy to make the thread yourself too !

I do mine and it take about 10 min.

You only need die M2.5 x .45

You have to grind the end of the rod at 45 degré.

and pass the die on the rod.

After, all work # 1.

Don't try to put your plastic link on the rod before do that. You can ruine your plastic link !

 :)

Thank's !
