E6/E7 Electronics Help

I am thanking about getting the E/6 E/7 with Torque Tube Conversion
I am also building a Trex Pro 600 E It has this for the Electronics

Cycle Servo  Align ds 610
Tail Servo Align ds 650
Motor Align Super Power Rem-BL600MX  510 KV M1113
Align RCE-BEX Voltage Reg.
Castle 125 Lipo 50v max  Phoenix ICE 2 HV80
I also have the Beastx

Could I put these Electronics on the Synergy has a E7 with Torque and it work good ?
Also will the Synergy work with the two battery setup like the Trex ?

Sorry about all of this but I am new only been trying to learn about two months and I have got hooked now have 8 Helis

Should work just fine as an E6 on 12S with those components. The motor is a 600 size motor and it would be a little under powered in a 700 size ship.
