I also have a Jive 80HV+ on my 600 with an Nimh Eneloop. Never have a problem with it.
I just read that some have some Overcurrent issue but it is more an underrated capacity setup.

I think you would have over-current trips if you used an 80A ESC in a 6S application. I did on my T550. For 10S or 12S 80A would be fine.

80A is too small and it doesn't matter who's name is on it!

Yes of course, 80HV on 12S
My previous post was about BEC success utilization.

So here is the thing. Can I run the Jive 100 even though it is LV with the BLS 255HV servos, or do I HAVE to go to the Jive 120HV? I would prefer to save that extra 200 dollars. Or would the new scorpion 130 work fine?

Yeah the esc LV refers to 6s but the servo HV refers to the ability to run them at 7.4v or higher.
Now the jive 100lv built in esc won't go past 6v. Will need a receiver pack or a HV bec.

I think that's why I'm going to go its Castle now. The 120hv with bec pro since Matt uses that and beats the crap out of the Heli.
