Best location for life pack

I pick up my kit tomorrow and will start the build.

I'm skipping the BEC and am going to run of a 2100mah Life pack.

Any suggestions on the best place to locate it?

If you're running 6S, it can go right on the battery tray behind the main battery.  That's where I had mine before I switched to the Scorpion ESC with SBEC that I'm using now.

If your LiFE pack is thin enough, you can strap it to the top of the front Lipo.  If not then you'll have to strap it on the side like I do with my bec.

I have my E5 on BEC, mounted to the back of the ESC tray, and my E5s on Lipo. The Lipo is strapped to the top of the front pack like Chumley suggested. Helps with CoG on lighter packs. Keeps the packs farther into the frame for crash protection.

Putting in the back of the battery tray is also a popular option as Knuckledragger stated.

Yeah I switched strategy and am going with a Pulse 2550 2s lipo rx pack which is a lot smaller than the life packs.
