Canopy Mounts
« on: October 10, 2013, 10:18:40 PM »
Anyone else have problems with the little balls falling out of the Key Chain Canopy Mounts?  I lost one ball 3 or 4 times and now it is finally gone gone.  Another one has fallen out at least once.  I thought about peening the edge around the balls but I am worried that the ensuing deformation may do more harm than good.

Wow, I've never seen a quick-release pin do that.  By design, the holes where those balls are shouldn't ever allow one to come out.  Did this happen from day one?

You might send Matt an email and let him know. They might want to check out the parts to do some failure analysis on them?
