Castle ESC Settings for Scorpion Motors

I just purchased a 4525-520 Ultimate and I am using a CC Edge 160HV - this is the first Scorpion motor (used to KDE motors) and I am finding very little information outside of the 8 PWM setting.  I emailed Castle and they said leave everything at default except the PWM.  I am using the vbar governor and I seem to be getting a little "pulsing" sound (RPM change?) out of the motor.  Any recommendations?

I would turn the VBar gov gain down to like 20 or 25 see if that helps. All my scorpions run stock ESC settings minus the PWN and run great.
