About 1deg. F.  In the winter I don't need to drive way out of town to fly in a big sky.

I'm in mpls minasnoda.  On a low wind day if you have a tx mit and the right gear. It's not bad at all.
Servos slow down a bit from the clold so you need to lower your gains.
The cold air is more dence that means more lift. Weeee!
And as I said on the lake you never run out of sky.
Sky being hard to get in the city.

You do best to keep your lipos warm till your in the air.
Put the small ones in your pocket.  2s packs will sag a bit more in flight when there vary cold.
But you don't get to low to fly. For the 2s packs I only fly 3 flights instead of 5.
My 6s 5000s keep them selves warm.

You definitely look like you've got the gear to keep yourself warm.  What do you do about your hands?  BTW, I do think that looks like an awesome place to fly in the winter!

I use a tx mitt. It's lined with fake fur.
