Hi Yammillion,
The best thing to do is get the pushed assembled and set to the correct length, space the rush rod guides so they are a good distance apart. What I usually do is set the pushrod to that's it's central and then mark on the pushrod when each pushrod guid goes, the remove the pushrod from the tail boom assembly and slide the sleeving over the carbon rod. Using a heat gun or something similiar slowly work from one end of the sleeve so that it shrinks and doesn't trap any air.
