One gallon up in smoke
« on: June 29, 2014, 05:15:50 PM »
I showed up at the FF today with a fresh gallon of fuel and a brand new N7 with which to burn it.  I am a very happy camper.  The machine is a dream to fly.  This machine is my first nitro and my first 700 at the same time.  I had a great day and now need to go buy some more fuel.  Doesn't get any better than that.

Nice! My N7 sees more air than my electric helis. It's addictive!

Doesn't take long to get through those gallons on the N7, but it is sooooooooooo worth it :)

Yeah, the N7 is a thirsty machine for sure.  I whole hatred ly agree it is gonna be worth it.  I think it is gonna make it to my favorite aircraft to fly in a very short time frame.  I have a little bit of tweaking to do on the vbar that is currently installed while I await the replacement Skookum 720BE that was defective out of the box.

The tank is 22 oz so about six flights per gallon.
