Poor quality control of Synergy N7 kit
« on: August 11, 2015, 10:31:47 AM »
My name is Antonio, from Puerto Varas , Chile.
This year I bought my first Synergy Helicopter, the N7 , in Experience RC . Motor YS 91 Tareq , MKS servos , IKON .
I was not happy with the tail setting from the very beginning. After my first crash due to a tail missing, I checked the front tail transmission and found that the kit came with the 12-tooth gear , instead of the 11 teeth gear, as told in the users manual. There were also some wrong bolts, so I had to buy them separately. I would like to highlight the poor quality control of these kits.
It is the first time I have such kind of issues. I have never had a single problem with my Aligns or Outrage kits.

Antonio,

I am very sorry to hear you are having trouble with your bird.  I assure you, Synergy has one of the best reputations in the industry for parts quality control, but unfortunately, things happen. They are packed by people after all.

If you would like to PM me the parts and bolts you feel are wrong, I would be very happy to relay this information onto Matt and Amy and I am sure we can get the correct parts on the way quickly!

Again, I am sorry you are having issues, but we will make it right!

Thanks for the reply Chris. I am sure that synergy are good birds, but de quality control is poor.
The only item I need is the 11 teeth gear of the front tail transmission. The kit come with wrongs bolts and spacers, but I just purchased this products with the crash kit.

This kit is the first N7 on Chile. People ask to me about the heli. honestly, after that it's hard to recommend this product . Couple of friends preferred to buy the Gaui NX7. They dont have this problems and are really enjoying their helis. Whe dont have official Synergy retailers in Chile, and this issues increase costs  unnecessarily
I have an unboxing E7SE, but I 'm seriously considering selling.

Antonio,

Too bad you are thinking of selling you E7se. I would suggest you build it and then fly it, I'm sure you will want to keep it after only one flight. It's just that awesome.

Thanks Chris!
Your building videos are very helpfull😃, great job.
Excuse me I offend anyone, but I expected more from a high-end helicopter brand
When I buy spare parts, I have to consider shipping costs and taxes. it is unacceptable that this spending is for poor quality control rather than a crash

Hello Antonio,

Sorry to see you having problems with your N7 Kit. I assure you this is not normal for our kits to have any problems like this. Please send me an email at matt@mattbotos.com and list anything you are missing along with your shipping address and I will personally make sure you get these items.

Thanks,

Matt Botos
