Hello Everyone.

My name's Kris Schneider, and I live in Otsego, MN, which is in the far Northwestern part of the Twin Cities.  I usually fly at Third Dimension Radio Control Club in Nowthen.  http://www.3drcmn.com/

I've been involved in R/C Planks on and off since '95.  Almost exactly 1 year ago I bought my first heli.  It is a "token" Trex 600 nitro!  I built it over the winter and maidened it in the spring.  I've been hooked since.  Never touched one of my planes all year.  It started as a flybar unit, but after IRCHA, converted it to FBL.  A month ago I bought a Mcpx and am flying it in the house while watching tv.

This July our club had it's annual Pitchfest and had the opportunity to have Matt B. and Bobby W. attend.  Of course Bobby had his Whiplash, and Matt had his new Nc5.  It was great to see both of those units up close and ask questions about them.  Then during IRCHA, we all got to see the E6/7 up close also.  My mind was pretty made up at that time which I wanted to get.  The best closing to IRCHA was when one of members of the club, Doug, brought home the E6 from the raffle!  He graciously let me fly it and I was utterly convinced that is what I wanted.  Conveniently, he also has a lhs, so here it is!

I'm going to make it a 7 with Rail Blades all around.  I'm thinking Scorpion motor, CC for fire starter,  :o  err,  I mean ESC,  possibly JR hv or Torq servos, Spek/Beastx gyro combo.

Looking forward to the build and the maiden!!!

I've flown many different helis in my 5 years flying RC helis. Mine and some I built for friends, and had stopped my choice on Mikado which I thought were the greatest only until I flew a E6/E7. This made me realize that their one much better flying RC helicopter out there and those are Synergy brand no matter which model you choose you will be amazed.
Have fun with you build and mostly have fun flying it...BTW make sure you check the E6/E7 building tips and tricks, it will help make your build more pleasant.
