Can't get rid of the shakes!

Hi guys.. Try'n to tune out the wobbles or oscillations between 1800 & 1950 on my E7SE. I my desired HS for idles 1, 2, & 3 are 1400, 1900, & 2100...  1400 & 2100 are good.. But my idle 2 @ 1900 shakes. I've tried lowering it as low as 1800 and as high as 1950 with no change... Here is my set up... E7SE, iKon, Edge 160HV... iKon controls governing. I am also using FBL Rotors progressive damping... Blue, blue, green from center to grip. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I had the light shake at that RPM and found it to be that my head gains were two high? It was smooth at 2050.

Just started flying at 1900 this year after a more capable pilot flew my helis and recommended lowering the head gain. He said he couldn't preform the same maneuvers on my set ups. After we lowered it I notice it was also holding me back from advancing because of negative tendencies. I have five helis and were retuned and they all fly much better.
Seemed more balanced and the wobble at 1900 went away. 4 BD 3sx's and one CGY750.
