you can fix this issue yourself, just have to be careful. OR, you can email Matt, and see what he thinks.
take your swash off the heli, turn it upside down, sat it on top of a large socket (one large enough to NOT touch the pivot ball or clam shell, but sit on the INNER ring of the swash), gently tap the swash back tight (from the bottom of the wash), then take a small flat head screw driver and gently roll the edge of the inner swash back out over the inner race of the bearing by tapping gently with a small hammer.
there is a really good thread with pictures out there somewhere, let me look for it a bit. I don't have any pictures of the last one I had to do. hopefully I find the thread, or someone can get some pics and post them.
