where do I get the blade washers? one of mine broke plastic

They should be the same as the E5 washers.

Thats right, E5 and 516 use the same blade washers. As long as the mains have the same root thickness.

Don’t the two helis also use the same blade grips? I’m pretty sure the head blocks are different.

No the 516 has a completely unique head everything is unique to the bird.
