Well I finally got a few flights in....Man!! Well done Matt! I ran into a few problems on the build, but it ended up being well worth it. This has to be the best heli out. This thing hovers like nothing I have ever seen too. It stays in one place for so long, I feel like I could put down the dx7, go in the kitchen make a sandwitch and when I got back outside the heli would still be in the same place I left it!

Scorpion commander is a very nice ESC w/SBEC.  I am using the internal gov and I like it alot. I can't figure out the Vbar gov. I hear it's even better but, for my style of flying the internal Gov suits me fine.

Very cool. I thought about going with a new Commander 130, good to hear about all our options.

So what does it weigh running 10s and how are your flight times? 2100 head speed?

Yes the heli design is a big part of this, don't forget the set-up is also part of the heli flying well. Congrats.

Thanks fellas.. you guys were a lot of help. Thanks for answering my questions and PM's

litespeed, I'm not sure of the weight...HS was about 2050 when we tached it. I run 4.5 minutes at the moment because I am taking it easy on the packs. So far in that time I put back about 1400 in each pack.

Nice one Jerry.  Great to hear you like it.  I agree - the Scorpion Commander V ESC is a winner.  The vbar gov is pretty straight forward too when you get around to it.

Mr Mels updated vbar gov for 5.2 video shows how simple it actually is.  Plus the Commander V opto cable comes with very easy to follow instructions.
